For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
If you choose to cancel, you must let us know within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Where you cancel under this statutory right, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge where required by law. You are normally responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or we have agreed to cover the return cost.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our 30-day returns policy.
Sale and discounted items can be returned under the same terms as other products, subject to the exclusions and statutory rights set out in this policy.
Sale items are still covered by your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet UK consumer law requirements, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Personalised or made-to-order products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law. However, this does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sndr_est2025@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy.
